VICC Media Productions/JLM Media What We Do…
God has blessed VICC with incredible opportunities to reach those in our community and beyond with the messages of hope, encouragement, and the truth of God's Word. Lives are being changed as we minister beyond the walls of our church through television, internet and soon to be, radio. In Mid 2005 Valley International Christian Center decided to expand its ministry though media. They began by employing a full-time media director, building a production control room and equipping the church with cameras and television lighting. An edited version of the worship service entitled "It’s Your Time with Pastor Jaime Loya" is broadcast on two commercial television stations. Each week a team of volunteers, led by former News Director Abraham Lopez, videotapes the Sunday and Wednesday worship service. Abraham has been the full-time Media Director at Valley International Christian Center since the inception of the ministry. During the week he transfers the message, edits it down to time, and dubs it to proper formats for the various stations for broadcast. He also works on commercials and promotional videos for the different ministries within the church. The television broadcast can be seen locally on TBN, and FETV. It can also be seen world-wide through the internet on StreamingFaith.com. The program is aired all over Texas on Enlace TBN. For specific air times, contact the church.
MEDIA VOLUNTEERS The media ministry of VICC is blessed with many volunteers. In all, it takes seven volunteers to make a typical service happen, at least from the technical end of things! These special people give their precious time and God-given talents to serve the Lord. For each service, volunteers are in place to run the sound board, operate camera, record and direct a three man video operation of church services, and run EasyWorship lyric presentation. Without the commitment of these people, there would be no media ministry at VICC. Maybe you have experience or feel God is calling you to serve in a media related field. A message from the Media Director: Volunteer opportunities are always available for anyone interested in joining our team. Your feedback and suggestions are always welcome as well on any of the areas in which we operate. Please read further for more information on our different ministry efforts, and I know I speak for the team in saying "thank you" for the opportunity to serve and apply the gifts that God has bestowed upon us!
